No books yet. I usually get my books just before the State rules meetings. Sometimes after I attend the State rules meeting. So I am guessing they will arrive in about 3 1/2 weeks.

Checked with MSHSAA last week...

They claim the manuals should start mailing out by 9/19 (tomorrow) in batches. I've been calling jh games for about 2 weeks and tried to file a report through the "new, improved" website. Needless to say, the website isn't quite 100% yet.

"Calling J.H games for 2 weeks" That is the earliest I've ever heard. Where are you located at in Missouri that you have started already.

SW Missouri, just south of Springfield. In the smaller school districts, especially the ones w/o jh football, the basketball season starts a little earlier so there's no overlap with hs ball. Most of the schools have K-12 in one building and only have 1 gym.

My 1st game is October 4. Still seems a little early for starting basketball season a month before everyone starts
