Association Website Software?
 

Any secretaries out there that use any online site to run your officials association? We don't schedule games but we would like something that will keep records, have a directory with photos, track dues etc.

look at Reftown, and see if they'll sell you their services without the assigning part. Although the assigning part is very, very nice.

Zebra-ware...I think it will fit your needs as well.

We have a winner! :)

Our association has a website that our secretary programmed. We, as members, have passwords so that we can put our schedule on the site. If a coach or AD needs an official, they can do a search on an open date and find out who's open or who has a non-varsity game scheduled. Everyone has their phone numbers and email addys listed. It's a pretty good site.
