			yeah, you won't find "over the back" in any rule book, except maybe the fabricated coach's rule book (excluding hawks coach, of course...  )

			over the back not a call,  do not penalize any player that outjumps or out plays another player for the ball.  There is nothing wrong with a player making any kind of contact with a players back in itself.  But if a player is pushed and moved,  whether it is their back,  side or chest,  then you have something.   So if a player is from behind and just outjumps a player in front, this is nothing. It might be that the player from behind made a better effort for the ball. Or many times just might be taller. One of those coaching myths. Peace
