I heard this was true, and i need confirmation...

A player is allowed to inbound the ball to a teammate who is standing completely out of bounds who can then pass it to another inbound teammate legally.

Only if the throw-in is after a made/awarded goal, where a player may run the endline (or after certain violations/fouls after the goal where the inbounding team still gets to run the endline).

Add to the above comments that these passes to teammates are to be completed within the allotted 5 seconds to inbound the ball.
