NBA #1 draft choice decision gets even sillier
As if it wasn't weird enough, the Jailblazers now have a billboard to help them decide who to draft #1. You can honk for your choice. Check out the URL below to read the story in The Oregonian. Maybe they should just have the two guys do rock, paper, scissors.
