Lazy partners

We have some officials out there who ref just for the money. I happen to love the game very much. It doesn't matter if i'm officiating a rec game or varsity level. I put my all into it. I make sure i'm in position to make the right calls. Recently, I officiated with guys who walk the floor, not in position, you have to make them switch on the court, etc... I have spoken to all about their laziness but they don't care. What would you guys do about it?
