Could someone explain to me what this means:

I don't understand the alternating-possession throw-in part...is this a typo ? or ...?%%$#

I only have last year's rulebook, and it says in c or d, an AP throw-in follows (c and d are double fouls).

Sounds like a typo or misreading to me.

The NFHS issued a correction -- the part in parentheses belongs on the next line, iirc.
