Does anyone out there have a rating system\Evaluation tracking programfor basketball officials that I may introduce to my association.

Evals
Contact the IHSA (Illinois), they have a rating system for officials so that they can get promoted. Consists of evaluations from coaches and Certified Officials(Illinois goes X=Registerd to R=Recognized and C=Certified). You pretty much have to be a Certified Official before you start getting the really good varsity games and that takes a minimum of four years (two years at each level before you can apply for advancement).

Go to http://www.cboa.org and click the "rating" button. This is what my association uses.
