Looking for scoresheets

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

I'm looking for a pdf or word version of an NFHS scoresheet which I can use for my homegames and perhaps share with other coaches in the association.

It seems that each school used a different sheet and none of them are consistent. I'm basically looking for the most up-to-date sheet out there. (60s and 30s time-outs, etc).

If anyone could point me to the right direction online, that would be great. Also if anyone has a copy in word or wordperfect format so that I could enter my player names through the computer, that would be even better. Feel free to email me at [email protected] .
