A good week
 

I'm just sharing a little. I posted the other day about a last second shot to win a very well contested 3A boy's game. Last night was the last varsity game of the year for me. We had another great 3A boy's game. The varstiy game was back and forth the entire second half, including 4 lead changes in the last minute and a half. I almost wish I didn't have to go work a 2 man freshman/sophmore double header tonight. Last night would have been a great end to a great season.

Like a true competitor, everyone wants to win their final game of the season! :)

I guess I got to go out on a good game after all. We got cancelled for tonight so my season is officially over.

Congrats on getting to go out on such a high note. I got a last-minute assignment this week as well. Two small schools for a boys JV/V double-header. The home team really brought their game up a few notches and took the game to overtime. It was fast, intense, and very very fun. A perfect game to end my season on.

How many days until we get to start again? :D

Thanks. It sounds like you had a good one down the stretch as well. I'm actually a bit fried from the season. I took too many games this year. I'm ready for a little down time. Of course a week from now I'll be ready to get back on the court.

I hope you didn't eat all your cheese with that first wine.

Doesn't get brown here until the middle of March or later.

We're ahead of the game.

I had a nice leisurely blow out last night to end my first season in stripes. Mick, Up'ers are ok with us cheeseheads...by the way, just saw a couple flakes...we're going to get dumped on over the weekend...we'll try to save you some in the beautiful north country.
