Then go with my wad of keys in the other pocket and listen to them click around while I am running up and down the court. I do not trust the place so I am going to throw my bag behind the scorers table. And Finally I am going to call a cab to take me there since my car might get broken into while I am working.

The only change I would make is to make sure the keys are attached to the chain as well. Otherwise, you're catching on! :D
I've never had an issue of things disappearing, and have never worked with anyone that has had that issue. Maybe I've just been lucky. I usually put everything in my suitcase and zip it back up before I go out on the floor, while others leave their clothes laying out on the chair, or hanging in an open locker. I figure it's probably more work to get all the way into my suitcase to look for things.
