during a cyo game, player a1 & b1 grab the ball at the same time causing a jump ball. but when i looked down player b1 foot was on the end line. i gave the ball to team a because b1's foot was on the line. was this correct?

Good job. I was once asked why I had OOB on B and I told my partner that B1 was the only player who touched the ball who was OOB.

You got it right! You also gained respect from all involved by saying i made the call and was premature in calling a jump, the correct call is OOB's, ball goes to team A.
