NFHS Rules
question .. Are consecutive time outs allowed after expiration of 4th quarter or in overtime? Rule book seems clear case book seems to cloud the waters

Simple question...help

Successive timeouts cannot be used after time has expired in the 4th quarter or after an OT period. During OT, it's fine.

Simple question...help
Consecutive time-outs are not granted after the expiration of playing time in the fourth quarter. That means after the horn has sounded. Consecutive time-outs are allowed <b>in</b>(during) an overtime, but not <b>after</b> playing time expires in that overtime.

What case book play is saying anything different than that?
