Simple question...help
Consecutive time-outs are not granted after the expiration of playing time in the fourth quarter. That means after the horn has sounded. Consecutive time-outs are allowed in(during) an overtime, but not after playing time expires in that overtime.

What case book play is saying anything different than that?
