This is the situation.
Earlier in the game my partner gives a T for delay of game for a player placing the ball on the floor a distance away from where he or I were positioned for a free throw.
Later in the game I whistled a warning for delay on the same team for slapping the ball after it had gone through the basket.
My question is.
Should I have issued a T for delay as they had already been given a T for a delay?

The warning was appropriate, IMHO.

The first T was for (I assume) 10-3-7b

The second violation was for 10-1-5d -- and that SPECIFIC violation requires a warning before a T.

Delay

Bob,
Thanks for the reply.
Yes 10-3-7B does cover the T in the first delay.
I posed the question at our associations meeting yesterday and we all agreed that a warning for each individual act of delay is warranted before issuing a T.
