Actually, they ran an old photo of me working a game. I looked about 50 pounds lighter. And - they must have photoshopped out the fishnets.

I got a call from the reporter yesterday and he said he got some calls from people wanting to hear some other "funny stories" about officiating. I'm going to send him a list.

So far, I've had lots of people tell me they saw the article. When you consider I've worked this local rec league for 15 years and refereed literally thousands of kids, a lot of people around here recognize me. Makes it really hard to get away with all those felonies I commit. :rolleyes:

Including all the silly things parents say, I hope?

They don't always have all the photos on the web that appeared in print. You might see it if you turn on your "Tom Cruise Lookalike Filter". :cool:

Have him publish them with the dotted lines around so people can cut them out and bring along to the games. Then when they want to yell at the officialls, they can just call out the #. (Ex; #4. Over the back) Now they don't have to yell so many words, just yell "#4!! #4 Ref!! COME ON!!"
