partner qualifications

Several months ago a posted thread dealt with the qualifications of a good partner. Does anyone remember such a thread??
What would be your criteria for judging the acceptability of a partner?? What may be some posible criterea for making a partner unacceptable to you? I believe the last thread listed 10 or so qualifications for being a good partner, both on the floor and off. Any and all thoughts concerning this topic would be greatly appreciated. The divergent points of view offered by my fellow officials always is of interest to me. I thank you ahead of time for your thoughts and suggestions, and hope your upcoming season is your best ever!
