Touching the Rim
 
I know pregame dunks are not allowed, however can players touch the rim before the game with out pulling down? If so how far do you let them go, just the slightest pull or a full pull.

Alright, I've seen the term "plumber" used a few different times now .. what does it mean?:confused:
