Jump Ball - Foul on Jumper - Mechanic question
Experienced veterans:

2 and 3-person mechanics - Who has the primary and secondary foul calling responsibilities during a jump ball for a foul by a jumper?

323 - "U2 is responsible for the position and action of the non-jumpers."
