4:20 to play first half -
Team A up 43 - 38.
A2 at the line to shoot Free throws in bonus (team B has commited 10 fouls)
Lead steps in to administer and says 1 plus 1 -
Trail is trying fixing his whistle because it sounds like a baby Robin -
Slot says nothing
Free Throw goes up - misses - B5 rebounds everyone is playing -
After the ball crosses time line - one pass and the horn sounds the table yelling it should have been 2 shots,
B2 shoots under pressure - whistles blow as officials realize the situation and shot attempt goes in.

Crew meets - and here is what they did -
Wipe the basket at the other end
Reset the clock to 4:20
Bring the ball back put A2 on the line with lane occupied
Play on from that point.

Did they kick it?

Yes they did.

We always talk about communication and being good dead ball officials.

Yes, it was kicked.

Should have been:

B2's basket counts (assuming whistle came after release).
Clocks stops (but is not re-set).
A2 shoots 2nd free throw with a cleared lane.
Resume from POI, which is Team A's throw-in from anywhere along baseline under B's basket.
