Headbands/Wrist Bands
 
Is the NCAA rule different than the Federation Rule?
I saw 3 Tennessee players wear White Headbands and Orange Wrist bands.
There also was another Tennessee player wearing a visible white T-Shirt under his Orange jersey.

If it's not different, you can bet there's some officials who have some 'splainin' to do.

It's not different, and I think I saw a similar issue on the Tennesse women's game I watched part of a couple of weeks ago.
