3 Plays....Foul during free throw attempt

Books are at work - this came up in the car Friday night. I have a pretty good idea but I'd like your take. NF and NCAA please although I think they are the same.

Play 1

A1 shooting the front end of a 1 and 1, (a) try goes (b) try misses

A2 fouls B2 while the ball is in flight

Play 2

A1 shooting the front end of a 1 and 1, (a) try goes (b) try misses

Double foul on A2 and B2 while the ball is in flight

Play 3

A1 shooting front end of a 2 shot foul, (a) try goes (b) try misses

Double foul on A2 and B2 while the ball is in flight

No books in front of me but here is my 2 cents:

In all 3 situations, the free throw does NOT become dead when the foul occurs.

In Play 1, if the FT goes in then count the FT, clear the lane, allow A1 to shoot the second FT; then penalize A2's foul. If B is in bonus, B2 will shoot 1 and 1 (or 2 if double bonues); if B is not in the bonus, award the ball to B for a spot throw in nearest to where the foul occured.

If the initial FT try misses, then penalize A2's foul as noted previously.

In Play 2, if the FT goes in the count the FT, clear the lane, allow A1 to shoot the second FT; then award the ball to the team entitled by the AP arrow for a spot throw in nearest to where the foul occured. (In NCAA, it would be Point of Interuption).

If the initial FT try misses, then do the AP thing as noted in previous paragraph.

In Play 3, regardless of whether A1's initial FT is made or not, clear the lane and award A2 the second FT. Count whatever goes in. Then do the AP thing as noted in Play 2.

In play 2, only go AP if the shot misses. If the shot is made, then POI is the next free throw.
In play 3, no AP. POI would be shooting the 2nd shoot with the players lined up for the rebound.

If A1's second FT is good and B is not in the bonus, B can run the endline (assuming that the foul occurred near the endline).
