Contact with extended elbow

This is similar to a recent thread, but I wanted to start a new one since it is a different sitch. Player A1 drives to the basket and gathers the ball to make a lay-up. He secures the ball with both hands with his elbows straight out and while taking his two steps, moves his elbows side to side slightly (not enough to warrant excessively). What would be the call if A1 makes contact with B1's chest (does it matter if B1 has a LGP or not)? Or what would be the call if B1 swiped at the ball and made contact with A1's extended arm/elbow?

No violation.

If there is displacement, or advantage gained, then player control foul.

Depends on the severity and/or result of the contact. Could be incidental, or it could be a foul.
