Maryland Officials...What do you get for your dues?
Just trying to get some limited feedback on what local associations in Maryland provide for their officials in return for their dues. In Board 157 on the Eastern Shore we pay $60. If we are not in IAABO we get a rule book and then our insurance and state registration fee paid. If we are in IAABO we get the IAABO book, the Simplified and Illustrated Rule Book, and then our insurance, IAABO dues, and state dues paid.
My questions... What board are you in? How much are your dues? What books do you get? Thanks, OCReferee Last edited by ocreferee; Fri Dec 15, 2006 at 02:15pm. |

Ocreferee, I'm in Va and not in the same association as your Dad. We pay $35 for dues. That covers insurance and books. But we get 10% taken out of each game. I think it works the same for that association as well. The only additional costs that I am aware is $75 for that other association.
I am independent IAABO. Dues $35 plus 10%/per game I get games. |
