I thought he said the Tech was on B. My bad, I fixed it.

I understand that the first throw in is part of the technical foul award, but why should Team B also get the next possession arrow?

The arrow will be set when the ball is placed at the disposal of Team B's thrower, not after the throw.

Very good point, LDUB. Because if it's not, and B breaks the plane and A grabs a hold of the ball.... are you going to have a jump ball back at center?? I don't think so! 😉
