Possession Arrow
 
A1 recieves a technical foul for dunking in pre-game warm up. Coach must sit the entire game, Team B gets 2 foul shots and a throw in at half court. Question: Which way is the arrow set after a sussessful throw in by Team B?
Where is this sited in rule book?

I understand that the first throw in is part of the technical foul award, but why should Team B also get the next possession arrow?

The arrow will be set when the ball is placed at the disposal of Team B's thrower, not after the throw.

Very good point, LDUB. Because if it's not, and B breaks the plane and A grabs a hold of the ball.... are you going to have a jump ball back at center?? I don't think so! ;)
