Hmm...was the travel called on the stutter-step before he did the final bounce? Wouldn't the actual move be legal?

Working NCAA-W, I don't see that move often...

Actually, I think that he maybe got called for shuffling his feet before he threw it off the floor. It would have been legal in all rulesets if he hadn't have done that.

Sequence....
1) received pass with two hands to gain player control, and also established pivot foot at the same time.
2) started a dribble with the high bounce in front of him
3) ended the dribble by grabbing the high bounce in the air with two hands.
4) dunked ball

All legal except he traveled between steps 1 & 2(picked up his pivot foot and put it back down before starting the dribble).

Thoughts anybody? Legal under NCAA and FED rules if no travel between steps 1 & 2?
