Arbiter access
This may get deleted by the moderators as not exactly on topic but.....need help. My association recently adopted arbiter.net for game scheduling. Coincidently I got a new cpu. I am unable to access the Arbiter game assignment page and I am wondering if anyone else out there may have had a similar experience. I am operating from a Dell E310, windows XP and 380kbps connection.

be sure you're typing thearbiter.net...not .com
are you getting to the home page of arbiter...it might be coming from arbiter...didnt change e-mail address?
|
I also have the arbiter. If your having trouble just call your assignor. I'm sure they can help with any questions. I know this isnt much help but I'm not sure what the porblem is. Are you logged in? info correct? Sometimes when you dont have a game for that assignor, it will say you dont have sufficent rights to view this page. If your logged in, click on schedule and it should bring up your schedule. I hope this kinda of helps, if not keeping writing and I,ll see what I can do with more specifics.

One time I had trouble with the Arbiter, it wouldn't load the start page at all. I just went into my browser, deleted the cookies, and tried again - worked like a charm.

The Arbitor log-in is case sensative... Have you checked that?

Could be a PEBKAC error.

worked like a charm again and thanks |
I was wrong: not PEBKAC, but PICNIC. I apologize for the error. What a relief that it all worked out in the end.

For all you Chicagoland folks, have you ever been to Ravinia? Beautiful place for a picnic with a fantastic music to go along with it. |

Oh. I thought you said whine. Yep, Ravinia's a great place to watch a concert, as long as the weather's nice. And they usually have a good mix of acts booked throuout the season. |
