There's a good one in the NFHS Officials' Manual (p. 51), although it's not entirely correct for college (I don't think it is). But it gives the basics close enough for you to start learning, if that's what you're aiming for.

Referee magazine published a good book on three man mechanics about 2 years ago. Well worth the price. Also check your NFHS officials handbook. Doesn't it have them in there?
