For NFHS:
4-47, 10-1-5, & 10-3-7
In NFHS, there is only one delay of game warning as stated in 4-47. Any subsquent delay of game will cause a T. In NCAA, there is a warning for each delay.

I know the whereabouts of all the NFHS stuff. I was looking for the specific reference in the NCAA rulebook.
