Substitute becomes a player when...

During a 60-second time-out, A-6 reports to the table as a substitute for A-1. According to 3-3-3, "A substitute becomes a player when he/she legally enters the court." If Team A breaks from the huddle after 30 seconds and A-6 walks onto the court, has he/she legally entered the court and therefore become a player? Or does A6 become a player at the end the time-out, either 60 seconds or when both teams are ready to play? Some other time?

When A6 reported and then legally entered the floor after the TO, he/she was a legal player.
