So.....the IAABO Board #6 way is completely different than what an IAABO interpreter from another Board recommends.

Who, may I ask, is correct according to overall IAABO mechanics and philosophies?

And why are separate IAABO boards using different mechanics and philosophies?

Are you saying that IAABO mechanics and philosophies are different from one area to another? How can that happen? Next thing you are going to tell me that the rest of the country has different ideas of how to do things.
