This is for everyone,
There are a few things I don't understand about this forum. One is -How do you put a "quote" in the reply to a post? Also some people include one liners at the base of their messages. I can't see how this is done I'm obviously missing something!

You click the "quote" button that is present for each and every entry in the discussion. It is just below the end of entry and to the right of the date and time of the entry. You will see a list of icon "profile, mail, search, edit/delete, and quote.

Well, you seem to have the line at the bottom (called a signature) down pat.

To change/delete/add this information, go to your profile. Whatever you type in the box labeled "Signature" will appear at the bottom of every post you have ever posted.

You can install any message you like at the base of post by editing the signature line in your profile.

if you don't want to quote an entire post (which gets somewhat annoying) you can copy and past a passage and surrond it with (quote) and (/quote) just replace the () with [].
