Under NCAA men's rules all T's except intentional T's (dead ball contact) or flagrant T's are penalized at point of interruption. On intentional or flagrant T's the offended team is given the ball at midcourt after all FTs are attempted. (Does not apply to double intentional or flagrant T's.)

NCAA women rules are different, somehow. But I am told if you call any T on a woman player she will spend the rest of her life figuring out how to get you back...right Jim?
