I sent in an order for an NCAA 2001-2002 Basketball Rulebook a few weeks ago, and just got a packing-slip type paper from them, but no book. Is this normal, or should I call the fine folks in Indianapolis?

Just a guess....
It's probably just backordered because the rule decisions/printing aren't nearly complete.
The slip was just to let you know they have your money and your order.
