How about this mess?

What do you have?

High school rules...first quarter...4 minutes into an AAU game...

B1 fouls A1 on a 2-point attempt. On the way to reporting the foul but before you get to the table, problem child A2 starts jawing @ you...complaining, "What do I have to do to get a foul for me?!" After briefly addressing him, A2 continues and says enough to get a technical foul. Immediately after receiving the technical, A2 picks up the ball and throws it at you. Whack, technical #2 and A2 is ejected. You get A2 off the court and go report everything. When you get to the table, you report the first foul on B1. Scorekeeper says, "Wait a minute, B1 number is not correct in the book!" So, now you must call a team technical on team B.

How would you administer this mess?? I think I know, but I can't find anything specific in the case book that resembles it!

Well, in NF, you adjudicate in the order of occurance. So, I would do it as follows:
A1 shoots 2 shots, no one on the lane.
Someone from B shoots first T on A2, no one on the lane.
Someone from B shoots second T on A2, no one on the lane.
Someone from A shoots administrative T on B, no one on the lane.
A gets throw-in from mid-court.

I would then put on my between game sandals and get the heck outta there; this is only 4 minutes into the game?

Not me. I'm afraid of going blind.

Hey, I'm already blind - just ask any of the fans in the stands...

I'm only blind in 1 eye.

It depends on whether there were any other administrative technicals against Team B before this point of the game. If you already changed a number in the scorebook, or added a name, or something like that from 10-1-2, then you don't charge another technical foul for changing B1's number.

Once you decide that it is a technical foul, I would administer it the way M&M describes.

Normally, at this point so early in a normal game, I assume there wouldn't have been any T's. But, considering this is AAU ball, and what did transpire, I guess it wouldn't surprise me if that had occured. Good point.
