Officials Choice
 
Has anyone had problems in the past or currently having any problems with The Officials Choice, Inc. Company?

I am considering ordering from them and wanted some feedback.

Thanks for any information good or bad you can offer.

Hit the search button, you will find a good amount of complaints, but possibly some good things said too. They may have turned around their business since I last ordered from them.

I ordered some new shirts from them in the past month. The price was good and they arrived promptly. It was a good experience.

I ordered a pair of shoes and a few other little things, and recieved them in a timely fashion. No complaints here!

I ordered from them a few months ago. As the other said the price was good and the shipping was prompt. But I think there shipping costs are kind of high. That is the only issue I had whith them.

They have reduced their shipping price a little. Its still a little high in my opinion, but the quality of their shirts is so good, I don't really care.

I took advantage of their sale price on shirts -- something like 9 bucks a shirt -- for 6. I don't need 6 shirts, but I've already sold 1 and I'll probably sell 1 or 2 more. If I sell 3, that will pay for all but 12 bucks of the order, so 3 shirts for 4 bucks each (inc. ship)!

Some people have had trouble ordering over the net, so I call and place my orders. Sometimes it takes a while to get through to them.

They have moved to new location, People who experienced problem may have been in the transition. I have used them over the last 4 years. I never had trouble with them. Very competitive in price, shipped in time manner.

Anyone having problems getting shipments from TheOfficialsChoice.com?
I ordered in Sept. Was delayed twice. Now Nov and no order.
The support@theofficialschoice.com is bouncing emails back. The support line 973.267.8010, answering machine is full. The fax, 973.267.0303, will not answer.
I suspected maybe issues with the Storm, but I have not been able to contact them since before Sally

Had a bad experience with tem about 4 years ago....have never looked back....now I go to Officially Sports out of Pittsburgh www.officiallysports.com

Order on their site and get things in 48 hrs....they deal with all Smitty brands and they are still sell Sansabelt pants.....

Nothing but positive experiences over 10 or more years of using them. Very prompt service and competitive pricing.

I've purchased a number of shirts from them over the years, with great quality of product, in my opinion. They changed their shirts, slightly, however, in recent years, and the recent versions have the back top area below the neckline with a partial trapezoidal black seam sewn into it - which I don't like. (Picky, I know.) They're also not the most consistently responsive by both phone and email - major storms aside.

I actually ordered 5 whistles and 3 Laynards from them about 2 weeks before the storm. I called and their voice mail box was full, and emailed the company with no response. I recieved my products on Tuesday of this week along with a extra pink lanyard, a whistle bag and a pen. I think they are located in New Jersey.

Terrible customer service
 
I placed an order with officials choice, of course had to pay in advance with a credit card. Six weeks have gone by and I still don't have my mdse. I have tried to call SEVERAL times but there is no one to answer the phone and the voice mailbox is full. I have emailed then at two different addresses and no answer. The season is now about half over. I have asked for a refund, but no answer. This will definitely be my last time to try and do business with these people.
