First Varsity game ever...Boys 4A (washington) and I was 23 yrs old. Feeling nervous...decent crowd. 30 seconds into the game there is a close block/charge that in my opinion is a charge aginst the home team's hot shot. I'm thinking in my head..."here we go, way to ease into it"...I call the charge (wife videotaping, good call) and have a pretty smooth game. It was a blast. Peace.

Did someone move Mt St Helen into the north Atlantic?

First of all, it's Mt. St. Helens. Second, it's not located in St. Helens, Oregon. Actually, it's in Washington state.

BTW - one of the things south and west of Portland is Nike.
