NBA COrrectable Error and Flagrant Foul on Made Basket
 

Washington/Cleveland -- Game 6 -- About 8 minutes left in the 3rd quarter. A Flagrant 1 is called as Brendan Haywood is shooting and he makes the shot. His contact lens is messed up so while he goes to the bench to fix his contact, Caron Butler steps to the line and hits the free throw.

THen, with about 2:10 left in the same period, after a commercial break, they come back, and take away the point for Caron Butler's FT, then say that Haywood has 2 shots to make 1. He makes the first, and they resume from the POI.

The announcer said that in the NBA, this is a correctable error until the end of the period.
