As Bob said, the gray shirts were not adopted as an option for individual states. But that really is irrelevant. Each state can adopt whatever rules they want, as you can see by the number of states that implement the shot clock for HS games.
If you really want it, send a letter to your state's athletic governing body and maybe they'll tell you it's ok to use. Not worth the trouble IMO, but you could certainly give it a try.

Although I like the gray shirts here is one downfall. I have different shirts for:
College Juco Pro-Am IAABO board IAABO board Private organization It is ridiculous. It should really be one shirt for the Pro-Am and everything else should wear the same.
