Who was the first European to play in NBA All-Stars???

Just a guess, Detlef Shremp. You also need to set the parameters of what makes a player European. For example, Shaquile O'neal lived in West Germany on an American military base long enough to get his mail there (I think).

Player, who was born in Europe. It was probably Detlef Shremp.
