Interesting concept tonight. NBA TV is televising the Spurs-Sonics game without announcers. Just the sounds of the game and the DLP camera on cable just behind the Spurs bench. It's like sitting about 5 rows behind Popovich. Gives you a great view of the C working his primary.

Do you pay to get the channel? I guess I don't get it in my package.

I get it on Dish. Not sure what package it comes in.

Do they also have it without the booming sound system at every dead ball?

That's worth getting dish for.

The CBC did this last summer in some CFL games. The joke was that is improved the broadcast because there were no dumb announcers. :)

They should do this for all NCAA games in which Billy Packer is supposed to be the color man...I would definitely sign up for that :D :D
