The camp that jritchie is referring to is not specifically a "Conference USA camp"...it is run by Dale Kelley. Mr. Kelley is the supervisor of officials for the Big 12, C-USA, Sun-Belt conferences (as well as a strong relationship with the Southland Conference - which includes Northwestern St. which upset Iowa in the 1st round).

This particular camp is being held June 2, 3, & 4 at Florida International Univ. in Miami, FL. The cost is $560 per camper. Mr. Kelley has two other seassions in the following weeks (Univ. of North Texas and Western Kentucky U). The staff these camps are absolutely tremendous: Tom O'Neill, Tom Eades, Art McDonald, Steve Skiles, Steve Welmer, JB Caldwell, Curtis Shaw, etc.

2-3 observers on each court, video-tape analysis of your game, break-out lectures sessions. Even if you don't get eventually hired, you certainly learn many new tips/techniques to add to your "arsenal".

it is a great camp, lots of helpful guys there and they don't talk to you like they are better than you, i have been to the one in bowling green for 2 years ago and they have said the competition is a whole lot better in miami and i wanted a better trip than staying in state this summer....should be fun!
