Why does Doug Gotlieb still have a job?
 

I know he likes to say what he feels but my GOD!!!!!

On the College Gameday show DG went on this rant about how the officials should have swallowed the whistle on the double T in the Wash/Conn game with both players basically taunting each other. Then two former coaches Digger and Rick Majaries (sp?) had to tell him he was wrong. DG also tried to say the T against Calhoun was wrong as well and both Digger and Rick M once again told him what was up. When is this guy ever going to shut up and get the hint? All he would have had to do is watch the NCAA Men's Bulletin #4 (which any of us can review on Eofficials.com) that came out in February and he would have seen what the NCAA wanted this kind of situation called. Is this guy ever going to get a clue?

I didn't see the T's but from what I hear they were very warranted. In fact, I think one of the NCAA video bulletins (can't remember which one) addresses this pretty clearly.

Block. I'm not convinced the right foot gets down. I had a block at full speed. In slo-mo, it's closer, but still a block.

As a Democrat, I'm not accustomed to voting for landslide winners...
