S. Caroline/FSU Game Ending

For those of you who saw the end of the South Carolina/Florida State game.

Thoughts?

Edit: Yes I know.... the thread title is incorrect... tried to fix it, but it won't let me. Oh well.

If you're talking about the end of regulation then yes I saw it. Its a crappy situation but they handled it correctly.

Certainly was a crappy situation. Like in almost all situations, someone isn't going to be happy about the out come. But, like you, I thought they handled it well very.

Bobby Bowden must have been working the clock.

The officials did it right BOTH times!

It looked to me like Dave Odom was pointing to the officials waistbands. Were they using a precision timing system? If so, maybe that's why the NCAA isn't using the system for the field of 65.

Looked to me like they were, but it may have been a problem with the PTS. Regardless a timer sitting at the table is responsible for starting and stopping the clock as a backup.
