We all like to report the good and the bad when it comes to ordering equipment and supplies. Bought a new satin finish jacket from Between the Lines last season. After my last game I took it to a local monogram shop to have my name, etc, put on. When she got ready to monogram it, a snap fell off. One call to Rex and he told me to send it back and he'd have a new one to me in a few days. Took about a week because I had the IHSA logo sewn on, but I got a brand new jacket, no questions asked, with no problems. I've always had good luck and been impressed with this place. We can't say that about a lot of suppliers!
