If anyone cares to read all of the particulars, here is how the committee makes the brackets.

The WAC commissioner Karl Benson is the chair this year. Of course, with the rules requiring him to be out of the room or not vote when any team from his conference is discussed, that isn't going to help get the WAC a second team.

If they all voted properly, the WAC wouldn't have a first team, let alone a second. :D

I thought they usually made the brackets with something like Microsoft Word or Illustrator, then ported to PDF with Acrobat Distiller.

Craig Littlepage, AD at UVa, is the chair this year, not Benson.

You are correct. Sorry, my error. I saw a graphic on ESPN this morning which listed Benson as the chair and took it as true. I should have checked it myself.

Benson is on the committee though. I posted a link with info on all 10 members in another thread.
