SBRQ means?

Thank you! So the point is that if a handcheck disrupts any one of SBRQ, take that as a queue to call it, otherwise let it go?

I try to use it as a general guideline, but I have been criticized a time or two for allowing too much hand-checking. Still a part of my game I need to get more consistent with.

For the most part. Also two hands is generally in automatic.

IMO, this is a non-issue. I have never heard of an observer noticing this. Be sharp in the way you call the things that you do, but use which ever hand is comfortable for you.
