As the players are returning to the floor after the second Buzzer - Booby Lutz grabs a player off the bench and send him to the scorers Table. Then tells aplayer to come off the floor.
The official beckons the player at the table into the game?
Ithough that all substitutes had to be at the table or reported in before the first warning buzzer during a time out?

They do. Maybe the replaced player was bleeding, or injured, or ...

This guy was a shooter and there was no treatment given to the player who left the game.
