All_Heart NCAA Rule 10.8.1. states The penalty for direct technical fouls involving unsportsmanlike conduct of players or team members shall be two free throws awarded to a player of the offended team. The ball shall be put back in play at the point of interruption. I don't have my NFHS rule book but it allows for any player or sub, correct?
Jurassic Referee I think that the difference is that the NFHS will allow 2 subs to enter and shoot a FT each. The NCAA won't; the sub has to shoot both. Correct?
